With the changing times such as COVID-19, climate change, and drought among others, victims of human trafficking are even more exposed to vulnerability than usual. Many of our beneficiaries who were already settled lost their businesses due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are therefore requesting support so we can provide support for basic needs for the duration of the pandemic.
All donations given will go directly to support victims of human trafficking who are affected by the pandmeic. This is primarily for basic needs such as food, medication and soap that we will provide to victims through mobile money so that our social workers can still observe social distancing. Meanwhile, we will monitor the cases closely and try our very best to ensure that all of our beneficiaries gets through the crisis unscathed. This includes victims in Kenya but also victims that have been repatriated to other countries as well as victims who are now stuck in countries like Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and India.
